back to school: beginner's tutorial for winged eyeliner (using e.l.f. essential waterproof eyeliner pen)

I filmed my first ever makeup tutorial! Simple, yes... but one of my go-to looks for everyday eyeliner. This is perfect if you're just starting out with makeup or stick to one particular thing because the total for the products I used is a mere $2!

To prime my eyelids, I used this eyelid primer from e.l.f. and to line my eyes I used this handy-dandy liner pen from e.l.f. -- both of which are $1 at your local Target or Kmart.
