I submitted Ferris (for those of you who don't know, that's my cat, proudly adopted almost a year ago!) for a contest and wanted to incentivize "voting" for him.
Full disclosure: all the money you use to "vote" for him goes directly to Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando and helps save countless cuddly lives. I do not profit from any donations, and I am paying for all supplies out of my own pocket.
Now that we have that out of the way, here are the tiers for "thank you" presents, made with love and care by myself (and supervised by the man of the hour, pictured plenty of times below).
UPDATE 8/9/16:
- I've gotten a few concerned inquiries about the security of the donation site. Rest assured that the site is secured and you can download a receipt for your contributions made to Pet Alliance Orlando as part of My Best Friend Wine Label Contest!

- Some people aren't comfortable with donating via the voting platform. $5 DONATION:
This donation tier entitles you to a paw print heart decal in either white or black permanent adhesive vinyl (I used Oracal 651 for those well-versed in vinyl).
The decal goes great on the back window of your car, your laptop, or anywhere else that has a flat, smooth surface. These are one-time application vinyls that last quite a few years, but rest assured instructions will come with your vinyl!
Approximate size: 2" x 2"

$15 DONATION:
A $15 donation entitles you to any pre-made design of your choice (I'll be working on more as the month progresses and adding them here) in either black or white permanent adhesive vinyl (I used Oracal 651 for those well-versed in vinyl).

$20 DONATION:

$40 DONATION:
For this tier, you will receive a unisex shirt with a design of your choice screen printed on it! Keep in mind that I will need to contact you regarding color and size options once the donation period has ended.
ABOVE $40 DONATION:
First of all, if you donate this much I thank you from the bottom of my heart (I'm getting teary eyed just typing this). I know that your generosity is appreciated by the shelter animals as well! For this tier you will receive both incentives from the $40 and $20 donation tiers.
To vote, click the button above. This will redirect you to the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando's platform for collecting votes and donations. To claim your prize, simply vote at your desired level for Ferris and forward the confirmation email to ferris@ginarose.me! The contest ends August 31st, so unfortunately any "votes"/donations after that won't be eligible. If you donate before then, I will be in contact with you on claiming your thank you gift during the week of September 12th-16th.
